We regard the distribution of retained earnings as one of our most important responsibilities. Consequently, our policy for dividends and other distributions is to use dividend increases and other methods that are beneficial to shareholders while paying a dividend consistently and taking into account changes in our operating environment.
Our basic policy is to pay an interim and year-end dividend. The board of directors determines the interim dividend and the year-end dividend at the annual meeting of shareholders.
